Huge shoutout to Waltham Youth Lacrosse for hosting the 2nd Annual Friendship Games at Waltham High School! Our 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, and 7/8th grade Chelsea boys teams scrimmaged Waltham, but the highlight of the morning was when the teams mixed rosters for the second half of each game so that Chelsea and Waltham players were competing with and against each other. This was especially helpful for our new U11 boys, who benefited from playing alongside the experienced Waltham squad.
Waltham also generously donated dozens of pairs of brand new Warrior cleats to our boys after noticing many of our participants were playing in sneakers!
