Originally from Connecticut, Maryanna joined the MetroLacrosse team in January of 2018 and has been playing lacrosse for 7 years. After leading her high school team as captain she went on to play at Franciscan University in Ohio. The lacrosse program at the University was young but the underdog story for the growing program ended with a success when her team took home the AMCC championship title her senior year. She graduated with a BA degree in legal studies and had been serving as an intern for the Department of Youth Services in Boston since graduation. She looks forward to applying her past work experiences with her love for the sport to lead and grow our girl’s youth programs.
